What this site is, and what it isn’t.

Last reviewed October 2026.

  • Who you are dealing with. This site is published by Transit Capital Corporation, a private real estate investment and development firm founded in 2015, with offices in Toronto and New York.
  • This is not an offer. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or interest in any fund, property or transaction, and nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any investment is made only through definitive documents delivered to eligible investors, and those documents govern — not this website.
  • Past activity is not a forecast. Figures describing what we or our principals have done are historical. Where a figure covers our principals’ careers rather than the firm’s own activity, the site says so. Nothing here should be read as a projection of future results.
  • Drawings are drawings. Every rendering is marked as an artist’s concept. Designs, phasing and dates describe what is planned or approved at the time of writing, and development timelines move. We distinguish “open”, “approved” and “under construction” deliberately, and we do not blur them.
  • We keep it accurate, but we don’t warrant it. We take care with what we publish and correct errors when we find them. Even so, the site is provided as-is, without warranties, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
  • What belongs to whom. The text, design, drawings and photographs on this site belong to Transit Capital Corporation or to the people we licensed them from. Please don’t reproduce them commercially without asking. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify a real tenant, partner or property.
  • Links out. We link to other sites occasionally. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they publish.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
  • Questions, or something that looks wrong: info@transitcapital.com. We would rather hear it from you than leave it up.
